Corporate eLearning often feels like it’s teaching you how to click faster, and is followed up by questions you can easily guess the answer to. We think part of the problem is caused by a segmented and/or ‘stage’ approach to development, and can be overcome using cross-skilled teams, and ecosystem thinking.
